In March 2025, Stefanie Schäfer gave a paper on “Emotions and Keywords on “The Long 2020”: A View of Pandemic Reckonings from Cultural Studies at this year’s conference of the Helsinki Hub conference of the Helsinki Hub on Emotions, Populism and Polarisation (HEPP5) at the University of Helsinki.
