Tabea Harris is Academic Staff Member and Doctoral Student at the Chair of English Linguistics (A IV). She received her bachelor's and master's degree from the University of Mannheim after having studied English and German linguistics and communication studies. Her research interests include synchronic and diachronic morphology and morphological theories, lexical semantics, language change as well as corpus linguistics. Her current doctoral project involves the investigation of the topic ''-ish/Ish: Morphology and Semantics of a Suffix turned Free Morpheme (working title)''. She teaches classes such as ''Introduction to Diachronic Linguistics'' and ''Corpus Linguistics''.
