Dr. Greta Lansen ist Akademische Mitarbeiterin in der Abteilung Romanische Literatur- und Medien­wissenschaft am Romanischen Seminar der Universität Mannheim (Lehr­stuhl Prof. Dr. Claudia Gronemann). Sie hat Romanistik und Vergleichende Literatur­wissenschaft an den Universitäten Bonn, Université Paris-Sorbonne und Università degli Studi di Firenze studiert. 2021 wurde sie im trinationalen Graduiertenkolleg „Gründungs­mythen Europas in Kunst, Literatur und Musik“ der Universitäten Bonn, Paris und Florenz mit einer Arbeit zum französischen und deutschen sentimentalen Roman um 1800 promoviert. Aktuell bereitet sie eine Habilitations­schrift zur Rezeption von Autorinnen der spanischen Aufklärung in der Literatur­geschichte und -kritik vor.

Im Bereich der französischen Literatur des 18. und 19. Jahrhunderts befasst sie sich mit Affektdarstellungen, Geschlechter­problematiken, weiblicher Autorschaft sowie dem Feuilletonroman. In der Hispanistik erforscht sie Konsequenzen der Geschlechterdifferenz in Bezug auf Autorschaft und Kanonisierung und fokussiert spanische Autorinnen der Aufklärung und ihre Rezeption in der Literatur­geschichtsschreibung. Darüber hinaus forscht sie zu Körperbildern und ihren Wirkungs­weisen in der novela picaresca und im Drama des Siglo de Oro.

 

Dr. Greta Lansen is an Academic Staff Member in the Department of Romance Languages: Literature and Media of the University of Mannheim (Chair of Prof. Dr. Claudia Gronemann).

She studied Romance and Comparative Literature at the University of Bonn, Université Paris-Sorbonne and Università degli Studi di Firenze. 2021 she was awarded her PhD in the trinational research group „Founding Myths of Europe in Art, Literature and Music“ of the universities Bonn, Paris and Florence with a thesis on the French and German sentimental novel around 1800. She is currently preparing a habilitation thesis on the reception of female authors of the Spanish Enlightenment in literary history and criticism.

Her research interests include 18th and 19th century French literature, with a focus on representations of affect, gender issues, female authorship and the roman-feuilleton. In Hispanic Studies, she researches the consequences of gender difference in relation to authorship and canonisation and focuses on Spanish female authors of the Enlightenment and their reception in literary historiography. In addition, she is working on the drama of the Siglo de Oro and the picaresque novel, researching body-aesthetics and their modes of action.
