Meaningful leadership and its impact dimensions in the corporate context.”

After various activities in the field of sustainability, most recently as head of customer experience at Bürgerwerke eG, she currently works as a scientific education manager at the Protestant Academy of the Palatinate and is responsible for the youth education program “Die Junge Akademie. Ethik auf den Punkt gebracht”. Within this framework, she develops topics for and with adolescents and young adults at the intersection of business, society and ethics. A particular focus is placed on issues of sustainability, social responsibility and business and corporate ethics.

Ms Weiß studied social economics with a focus on sustainability management at the Friedrich-Alexander-University in Nuremberg (Bachelor) and environmental ethics (Master) at the University of Augsburg.
