Dominic Resch is a research assistant at the Institute for Media and Communication Studies, where he previously earned his bachelor’s degree. In his current role, he focuses on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in research and teaching.

His work focuses on copyright issues related to AI use, the teaching of AI skills in higher education, and the evaluation of AI-supported tools for literature research. As part of his studies and his work as a student assistant, he examined the relational conditions of political expression in digital group chats as well as the effects of gender-inclusive language at the individual level.
