The City – Buenos Aires
The University of San Andrés is located in Victoria, a city in the large metropolitan region of Gran Buenos Aires. Right next door is the city of Buenos Aires with its 2.8 million inhabitants. The diversity of population has created a mixture of Latin American and European culture, which is reflected in the architecture, specific cuisine and cultural life of the city.
