Master's Programs

The School of Humanities at the University of Mannheim offers numerous master's programs – with two different focuses: The master's program in Culture and Economy has a strong focus on practice and professional development, while the classic Master of Arts puts a special focus on research and science. Both variants stand out due to their marked interdisciplinarity: Our students do not only take courses in their subject, but also explore related areas – according to their degree program.

The main prerequisite is a bachelor's degree that matches the desired subject. In some cases it is also possible to provide proof of the admission requirements at a later point in time, when candidates do not yet meet the requirements upon enrollment. Do not hesitate to contact us if you want to know more about your options.
