You think your program might be too theoretical? Definitely not! During your placement semester, you will spend a whole semester at a secondary school or a vocational school. You can also spend part of the placement semester abroad.

You will write your master's thesis either in one of your two subjects, in Teaching Methodology or in Education Sciences. Depending on your subject or area, you may need to take your master's thesis into account already when planning the course of your studies and the courses you would like to take. Therefore, you should start early to think about your master’s thesis. The preparation period is three months (12 weeks). Normally, you write your thesis during the fourth semester.
