    Jessica Weimer is currently a lecturer for English language and American studies. Her academic interests include how language acquisition affects identity, student motivation and engagement, and the incorporation of pop culture in foreign language instruction.

  • Biographic Information

    She has a M.Ed. in Adult & Higher Education, a TESOL certificate, and a B.A. in German all from Western Washington University, and her professional experience includes teaching for six years in an intensive English Language Program at Cascadia College as well as five years as an academic advisor and program coordinator at Whatcom Community College.
