Students' advice

  • Tips and Tricks

    Go to class

Attending class regularly will help you avoid the dreaded mountain of work that makes you feel like you will never be able to get everything done before finals.

    Prepare your materials

This will help you to get an idea of what you truly understood and give you the opportunity to raise any remaining questions.

    Form study groups

Studying with your peers will help you tremendously. Recreating the learnt materials verbally will benefit the entire learning process. Additionally, most employers require you to be able to function in a team setting, so practising those skills can only help you.

Get involved in the BaKuWi Community

We all spend extensive time together, so making the most of this time is crucial. Check out our “community” section and find out more about community events.

    Take advantage of extracurricular activities

A balanced lifestyle can help you to be successful over the course of your degree. Luckily the university offers several extracurricular activities, such as the sports program and student-led initiatives.
