Travelling to Mannheim:

As prices are likely to increase in the upcoming months, we suggest that you make your travel arrangements as early as possible. Mannheim has good public transport (trams and buses), but all conference locations are situated in walking distance.

Conference venue:

The conference venue is:

University of Mannheim, Schloss (Mannheim Palace), EO 382, 68161 Mannheim

For a map of the campus, see here. Once you have reached the main courtyard of the palace (Ehrenhof), turn left and enter the east wing (Ehrenhof Ost). Room EO 382 is located on the third floor of the city-facing corner tower.

How to get to Mannheim:

Mannheim can be reached by train and by plane. The closest airport is Frankfurt Airport. From the airport, the best connection to Mannheim is via train (30 minutes from Frankfurt am Main Flughafen to Mannheim Hauptbahnhof).

From Mannheim main station, the university and Mannheim city centre can be reached in 10–15 minutes by foot or in less than 5 minutes by tram.
